As a Graduate Consultant you will…
Complete six, three-month rotations across our business groups, gaining experience in:
o Land, Development and Communities
o Development Management
o Cost & Commercial Management
o Civil Engineering
o Structural Engineering
o Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders across the business.
• Contribute to the planning, design and delivery of major developments.
• Build broad, well-rounded technical expertise.
• Work on live projects from day one, supporting real client outcomes.
• Take part in formal leadership and professional development training.
Core rotations will be based in our Birmingham or Bristol office, with at least one three-month rotation in another of our national offices.
At the end of the graduate scheme, you will have the opportunity to choose and apply for the business group you wish to specialise in.

What we look for:
• A degree in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Geography, Urban and Regional Planning, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Structural Engineering.
• A strong communicator who is ambitious, proactive and well presented, with the ability to problem-solve, manage multiple deadlines, take initiative and make a real impact.
