Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join a residential site. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical strength and technical skills, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
Duties
* Assist in the construction and maintenance of structures and facilities.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
* Perform general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
* Carry out pre-plast in the new build plots and get them ready for inspection.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a skilled labour position is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
* Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* A valid driver's licence is beneficial for transportation purposes.
