The Role As a Secondary Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your subject specialism Support and inspire students across KS3–KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available) Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment Assess and monitor student progress Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of all learners ✅ Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (ECTs welcome) Strong classroom management skills A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential An enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Teaching Personnel?
