About the role:
As a New Media Specialist, you will be the driving force behind end‑to‑end influencer and new media campaigns for the BYD/DENZA brand. This role blends creativity, operational excellence, and strategic thinking, giving you ownership across the full campaign lifecycle. This is a role for someone who wants to be at the centre of digital influence, brand storytelling, and strategic growth.
Your core responsibilities include:
· Campaign Execution — From identifying influencers to briefing, logistics, content review, crisis management, and post‑campaign analysis
· Cross‑functional Collaboration — Working with agencies, talent managers, dealers, media partners, and internal marketing teams
· Data Analysis & Reporting — Weekly reporting, performance tracking, and multi‑dimensional data analysis
· Business Development — Building new partnerships, managing relationships, and supporting emerging areas like livestreaming and new media initiatives
About you:
You’re a creative, data‑driven digital marketer with at least three years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media. You understand performance metrics, spot trends early, and manage high‑profile relationships with confidence. You thrive under pressure, handle crises professionally, and balance creativity with analytical thinking. You’re skilled in business development, negotiation, and campaign optimisation.
