Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Family Court Adviser (FCA) to join CAFCASS, covering Public and Private Law cases across Oxford & Reading.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking statutory CAFCASS duties within Public and Private Law proceedings.
* Completing safeguarding checks, risk assessments, and analytical assessments for court.
* Preparing high-quality court reports and recommendations within statutory timescales.
* Ensuring the child's wishes and feelings are central to all assessments and court work.
* Attending and contributing to court hearings and legal processes as required.
* Working collaboratively with local authorities, solicitors, and partner agencies.
* Maintaining accurate, timely case recordings in line with CAFCASS policies and procedures.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £37.75 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker - Degree or equivalent
* Significant experience within CAFCASS, Public Law, or Private Law proceedings
* Strong court report writing and analytical skills
* Social Work England registration
* Enhanced DBS
