Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their experience. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service throughout their visit.
* Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is hygienic and in good working order.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
* Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
* Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
* Uphold health and safety standards, including proper handling of glassware and beverages.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bartending roles, is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
* Strong communication skills with an approachable manner.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* A friendly personality with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer experiences.
