Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Member Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
* To coach and develop the skills of your team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
* To manage and maintain high standards of store presentation and stock control.
* To handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* To work closely with other departments to achieve store objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
* The ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team and rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor.
* Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
