Role Overview We are looking for a highly visual, enthusiastic, and hands-on Creative Gift Hampers & Product Maker to join Sweet Boxed (https://www.sweetboxed.co.uk). If you love crafting, styling, and creating beautiful gifts, this is the perfect job for you. Your primary mission is to design, theme, and physically assemble our range of confectionery hampers, pick-and-mix boxes, and seasonal gift packages. You will ensure that every single box that leaves our facility looks like a premium, stunning gift that creates a "wow factor" for the person receiving it. Key Responsibilities Creative Product Design: Brainstorm and design new hamper concepts, color schemes, and themes for special occasions (such as Birthdays, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Weddings, and Corporate Gifts). Hamper Assembly & Styling: Physically build, fill, and style sweet boxes and hampers. This includes neatly arranging items, tying ribbons, applying custom labels, and handling delicate wrapping so products look immaculate and don't move during transit. Personalisation: Handle custom requests, such as adding personalized name tags, handwritten gift notes, or specific themed elements to individual orders. Quality Control: Inspect every sweet box before it gets packed for shipping to ensure it meets our high visual standards and looks exactly like the product photos online. Stock & Material Organization: Keep track of creative wrapping materials (ribbons, boxes, tissue paper, crinkle shred, baskets) and ensure your assembly station is kept tidy, organized, and clean. Required Skills & Traits A Creative & Artistic Eye: You should have a natural talent for presentation, gift-wrapping, color coordination, and general arts/crafts. High Attention to Detail: Perfectionists welcome! You need to care about the little things—like making sure a label is perfectly straight and a ribbon bow is tied beautifully. Hands-on & Energetic: This is a physical, active role. You will be on your feet, crafting, and assembling high volumes of boxes, especially during busy seasonal peaks. Reliable & Fast-Paced: While quality is key, you must be able to work efficiently to ensure customer orders are prepared and ready for dispatch on time. An Interest in Trends: Keeping an eye on popular gifting trends, trending TikTok aesthetics, or creative packaging ideas to keep our products looking fresh and exciting.
