Multi Site Technician
Job Summary: You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a number of site locations within a specified region.
Location: Asda House, MCE, Britannia House
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week
Salary: £41,506.36 Total Salary (Inclusive of Standby Payment)

Maintenance Scope may include: bakery and catering equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, lighting systems, building fabric, water services, HVAC/Fire and Security systems, and general electrical and mechanical issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete all necessary PPM’s and ensure all remedial tasks are accurately logged and actioned, ensuring legal compliance.
* Supervise the Maintenance Assistant (MA), provide regular coaching and support them to perform their role in line with company processes.
* Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and contract SLA’s.
Qualities / Experience
* C&G 2382 (18th edition)
* Level 3 core Electrical qualification: examples include C&G2330, C&G 2365 (with relevant experience).
Desirable But Not Essential
* Familiarity with completion of electrical certification.
* City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection.
* Time served in electrical discipline or relevant industry experience in a similar role.
The Ideal Candidate
* Ability to maintain/repair a range of electrical and mechanical equipment (e.g., fans, pumps, compressors) to recognised standards.
* General plumbing and building experience.
* Ability to work at heights.
* Current driving licence.
