Greet patients warmly and check them in for their appointments.Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow.Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Experience And Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a healthcare setting.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.Proficient in using office software is desirable and dental practice management systems training is available.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A friendly disposition with a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
