Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for supporting the team in maintaining the highest standards in the preparation, presentation, and service of food.

Ideally, you’ll have:
· NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
· Food and Hygiene and Health and Safety Certificates.

Role Responsibility
* To ensure the preparation of all food processing.
* To ensure the quality of the product and standards of hygiene within the Kitchen facilities conform to the criteria set out in the SOP.
* Reporting all defects of equipment, damage to materials, and any incidents involving theft to management.
* Keep the detailed cleaning schedule for all kitchen, stores, and related areas up to date, ensuring that these are strictly adhered to and work is carried out to a satisfactory standard.
* Preparing orders in accordance with company procedures, verifying accurate delivery against delivery note/invoice and the original order itself.
* Ensure completion of all necessary stock control documentation in accordance with internal accounting procedures.
* Ensure that accurate fridge and food temperatures are recorded.
* Ensure all protective clothing is worn and personal hygiene and appearance are adhered to.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous Chef experience
* Organisation Skills
* Good Administration Skills
* Must be available to work weekends
* IOSH and Food Safety Level 3 Certificates
* Previous Conference and Banqueting Experience

* £14.50 per hour
