The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residentialconveyancing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellentclient service. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managingthe full conveyancing process, advising clients, and contributing to our firm's growthand success. Our work consists of direct referrals from mortgage brokers, estateagents and recommendations. You will manage your caseload from inception tocompletion. Our post-completion is outsourced.Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, frominitial instructions through to completion. - Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding property transactions, ensuringcompliance with all relevant regulations. - Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, leases, andagreements. - Liaise with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitatesmooth transactions. - Conduct thorough due diligence and property searches to identify issues andprovide solutions. - Keep clients informed throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring their needsare met and expectations exceeded. - Stay updated on industry trends, legislation changes, and best practices in ConveyancingQualifications and Skills: - Qualified solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or an experienced fee earner witha minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing. - Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport withclients and other professionals. - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple casessimultaneously. - Proficient in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providingoutstanding client service.What We Offer: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas Closure.PensionBonus
