HR Business Partner
FTE £62,500 – Part time role of 30 hours, pro rata salary £50,000
Location: Derbyshire – Hybrid (2-3 days on site, 2-3 days at home)
Duration: 12 month FTC

Do you enjoy truly generalist HR Business Partner roles that encompass everything from Recruitment to Employee Relations to partnering with the CFO, while contributing to the broader people strategy?
I am exclusively recruiting for a large business in Derbyshire seeking a HR Business Partner for a 12-month FTC. This role will support corporate functions business units and collaborate closely with key senior stakeholders, including the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnering with highly demanding senior stakeholders on their people needs
2. Managing a period of change; coaching and challenging stakeholders to support the business through transitions
3. Leading on complex Employee Relations cases for the business area
4. Overseeing both direct recruitment campaigns and agency searches for diverse recruitment requirements
5. Implementing the broader HR strategy across the corporate functions area
6. Advocating for Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Engagement, and Retention
7. Collaborating with other HR Business Partners to promote synergy and teamwork
