Senior Therapist Manager 35- 38K + Commission
Luxury Hotel Spa - nr Dundee
We are looking for a senior therapist who is looking to take on their first spa management position in a luxury 8-treatment-room spa within a leading hotel group property near Dundee. You will be leading a team of 7 therapists including a head therapist with the opportunity to increase occupancy and optimise revenue whilst delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Reporting directly to the General Manager you will:
* Oversee the full spa operation and guest experience
* Maximise therapist utilisation and diary efficiency to boost yield and profitability
* Maintain exceptional five-star service standards
* Lead, inspire, train and develop the spa team
* Deliver treatments when required to support peak periods or absence
* Drive occupancy and proactively fill last-minute availability
* Manage rotas (5 days over 7 including weekends)
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
* 1 year's senior therapist experience within a quality-led environment
* Are NVQ Level 3 or Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) qualified
* Confident and professional in delivering Elemis treatments
* Commercially focused with strong revenue awareness
In addition to a basic salary of 35-38K, there is retail commission for meeting targets, 28 days holiday rising to 33 with length of service, meals provided whilst on duty along with discounted hotel stays.
