Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with an energy business who are seeking to recruit an experienced temporary Administrator to join the team.
Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm .
Reporting into the Office Manager, the role responsibilities are:
1. Auditing and data entry into bespoke company systems.
2. Answering the telephone and directing calls to the relevant teams.
3. Checking, scanning, and uploading installation photos.
4. Providing excellent customer service to PAYE subcontractors, installers, and customers.
Skills required :
5. 1-2 years of proven work experience within administration – Essential.
6. Attention to detail and efficiency .
7. Proficient in using MS office Suite, including Word.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
