We comprise approximately 135 advisors throughout the UK, who possess strong regional presence and sector expertise, complemented by our international network and additional routes to market, including Debt Advisory and Public Company Advisory.
We work with mid-market companies on strategies for growth and exit, building relationships with clients to become their trusted advisor and helping them identify suitable transactions for growth, whether through private equity or debt funding solutions. We assist founders in exiting or planning succession by finding the right trade partner or investor, or facilitating flotation through public markets.
This role involves supporting deal teams in tasks related to preparing and taking a business to market, executing, and negotiating sell-side and buy-side transactions. You will utilize your financial expertise and negotiation skills throughout the deal process. Additionally, you will be part of a collaborative team that values working together and celebrating successes.

Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager or Manager in our Corporate Finance team, you will:
* Support transaction execution and contribute across multiple projects.
* Impact clients and our firm through high standards and quality work.
* Engage in the full project lifecycle, from opportunity sourcing to pitch and completion, working alongside peers and senior leaders.
* Assist in analyzing financial and commercial data to support transactions.
* Draft information memoranda and marketing materials for sale processes.
* Prepare client presentations and pitch documents.
* Assist in company valuations using various methods.
* Work closely with sector teams to develop industry-specific expertise.
* Drive personal development with support from your manager.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum criteria include:
* Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, CIPFA, CFA) or relevant experience in M&A.
Preferred skills include:
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Understanding of financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
* Excellent communication skills.
