Exciting Head of Treasury (Front Office) - Global Insurance Company

Delighted to be partnering with a global insurance and reinsurance provider. This is a very exciting interim role for a senior Treasury professional who wants to support a high-performing team within the Global Treasury, which is an integral part of the Division's Investment Department. The department is responsible for liquidity and foreign currency management, bank relationships, and credit facilities.
The contract role is approximately 5 months and will focus on providing support and guidance in credit facility management, ensuring ongoing LOC capacity, supporting bank relationships, and, to a lesser extent, cashflow budgeting, cash and cashflow optimization, and foreign currency management. The candidate will represent Treasury in a complex, fast-moving organization, working with internal and external stakeholders, and participating in projects that drive process efficiency through technology.
Your new role
1. Maintaining and developing relationships with key banking partners on topics including credit facilities and capital management transactions, aiming to optimize banking infrastructure and support business growth.
2. Providing insights and value-added input on all Treasury-related issues supporting the (re)insurance business across all organizational levels.
3. Fostering innovation and collaboration across teams within the Investment Department and Global Finance, driving adoption of new technologies and treasury products to enhance analytics.
4. Supporting the Treasury Front Office Cash Management team responsible for short-term liquidity management, solutions, reporting, and cash-related analytics regionally.
5. Managing stakeholders across multiple business functions and banking counterparties.
6. Supporting collaboration and innovation between cash management and currency management specialists within Treasury Front Office, and across Treasury Middle Office and Operations teams, to improve processes and drive Treasury excellence.
7. Participating in projects aimed at simplifying and increasing efficiency in banking and cash management infrastructure, reporting automation, and data analytics.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have extensive front office experience, preferably within the insurance industry. The successful candidate will excel at building and enhancing relationships with senior stakeholders across the Group to identify value-added opportunities and process improvements.
