Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and plan smart locker installations, maintenance, and corrective interventions across regions in Italy.
2. Assign and manage tasks for internal and external technicians, optimizing resources based on geography and availability.
3. Monitor and manage service tickets, ensuring resolutions within agreed SLAs.
4. Continuously optimize technician scheduling based on proximity, availability, and skills.
5. Act as a liaison between the technical team and departments such as logistics and operations.
6. Identify and contribute to process improvements that boost operational efficiency.
Requirements:
7. Fluent in English.
8. Based in or around London or Manchester, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
9. 2–3 years of experience in a coordination, planning, or partner-facing role.
10. Strong organizational and communication skills.
11. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and manage time-sensitive operations.
12. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
13. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
14. Proficient in Google Suite and digital tools.
