Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
As a valued member of our ServiceNow team, you’ll have opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to our collective success. You’ll be empowered to:
* Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, especially around Virtual Agent and RPA flows.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
* Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to enhance customer experience.
* Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
* Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
Required skills and experience
* Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) processes.
* Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA tools.
* Programming skills in JavaScript.
* A problem‑solving and analytical approach, with a willingness to learn and grow.
