If so, Moxie People is currently supporting a Housing Association in Hampshire that are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to help provide an effective, compliant, and safe maintenance service to all of their Care homes across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Cornwall.
Salary & Benefits:
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
Starting salary £ 46,500.
33 days annual leave, including Bank Hols.

The role:
Provide gas servicing, annual safety checks, responsive repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and new installations within Care homes portfolio.
Including fixed gas installations, heating, hot water systems, warm air units. including Elco,Alpha,Vallient, Ideal.
working within a small Commercial Mechanical team covering Hampshire, Dorset, Devon, Wiltshire, Cornwall.
Be responsible for individual work diary and the timely and accurate forwarding of documents as required
on call 1 in 4 weeks with an extra £350 per week plus call out pay
Correctly identify and order supplies for individual jobs and maintain the van stocks.
Essential qualifications:
Gas Safe Qualified commercial Gas Engineer.
Commercial codings needed: CODNCO1,CORT1, ICPN1, CIGA1, TPCP1A,
Strong background in Fault Diagnostic, Plant and Appliance Servicing & new Installation.
Excellent understanding of industry standards, legislation and compliance requirements.
Full UK Driving Licence.
