Join our team to oversee the LHH CTM/LD financial data quality, ensuring reporting of our business unit’s three financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow) and statistical submissions are accurate and aligned with Group Reporting Policy.

* Frequent interactions with LHH Global FP&A as well as Country, Global Business Unit (GBU), and The Adecco Group (TAG) Finance teams.

Key Accountabilities
* Review the consolidated and country Income Statements & statistical submissions (FTEs) to ensure presentation is aligned to Group Reporting Policy and that local systems reconcile to the Group Reporting (GRP) submission.
* Perform analytical review of the consolidated and country Income Statements & Balance Sheet submissions, to identify material errors or misstatements and work with countries to understand outliers to trends.
* Own CTM/LD’s Cashflow forecasting and reporting.
* Lead monthly close meetings with leadership, highlighting potential issues and risk areas.
* Manage local system to GRP mapping and governance, including setup and maintenance of JDE accounts and cost centres, ensuring correct mapping to GRP and timely issue resolution. Collaborate with non-JDE countries for accurate mapping.
* Oversee the CTM/LD Reporting Memo, linking Group Reporting Policy to the business.
* Handle changes to reporting requirements, collaborating with FP&A, GBU, and TAG Finance to understand impacts, update reporting memos, and ensure buy-in and adoption. Manage related restatements with Global FP&A.
* Project manage internal audits and other finance projects.
* Ensure controlling processes and reporting are robust, efficient, and automated where possible.
All About You
* Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance, with 3 years in a global or regional controller role.
* Experience in reviewing multiple financial statements on a global/regional scale; familiarity with financial policies is advantageous.
* Understanding of Career Transition Industry and/or HR Advisory business model is a plus.
* Qualified accountant or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
* Advanced Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles, including JD Edwards / E1 (plus).
* Attention to detail, proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented.
* Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Quick learner capable of connecting details with broader implications.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for timely issue escalation and relationship building.
