About the Role
This is a supervisory / management / case handling role within our post‑litigation areas. Depending on your previous experience, we have opportunities that suit your skill set or present new challenges. You will manage a case load, support other litigation teams in ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and the Legal Service Act 2007, and mentor junior case handlers. You may also set strategy for assistant litigators and support the wider firm or other departments. You will have the opportunity to pass on your experience to others through training, oversight and conducting litigation.
We deal with Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work, Employer’s Liability cases and Clinical Negligence, amongst others.
Responsibilities
* Manage a case load
* Achieve performance targets (KPIs)
* Set strategy for assistant litigators
* Mentor junior case handlers
* Support other litigation teams to comply with regulatory obligations and the Legal Service Act 2007
* Ensure excellent time‑management and prioritisation to meet clients’ expectations
Qualifications
Qualified Litigator is required.

* Up to £3,600 of free shares each year after one year of service
* 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when you join, increasing up to 38 days (including bank holidays) as you stay longer
