You’ll be responsible for winning new business and expanding our presence across three Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, and Iceland), leading complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles—often engaging directly with C‑suite executives.

Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle—from proactive prospecting through to close, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
* Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting in Salesforce.
* Drive regular face‑to‑face engagement (10 F2F meetings/month).
* Use MEDDPICC and Value Pyramid to deeply understand customer needs and align solutions.
* Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Solution Consulting, and Technical teams to close complex deals.
* Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive long‑term growth.
* Collaborate with market planning, marketing, regulators, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives.
* Work with account management teams to close cross‑sell opportunities.
* Leverage tools such as Gong and Lusha to drive effective prospecting, pipeline management, and deal execution.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise solution sales, ideally within financial crime, fraud, identity, or compliance.
* Fluent English required; additional Nordic language skills advantageous.
* Proven track record of exceeding ACV targets in a complex, solution‑based sales environment.
* Strong expertise in the MEDDPICC framework, managing complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
* Previous experience in banking, fintech, or regtech.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
