Essential Skillset
* 5+ years' experience within the Electrical Industrial Engineering industry
* Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HV electrical systems
* Support delivery of high voltage electrical projects across client sites
* Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Lead and motivate on-site teams including HV technicians, electricians, and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry best practices
* Monitor project progress, risks, delays, and budget constraints
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations
* Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
