You’ll be joining a leading UK technology services provider that delivers high-performance, secure and resilient infrastructure services for major enterprise customers.
As a Senior Network Engineer, you’ll be the technical authority within the customer environment, owning complex issues, leading design and architectural decisions, and driving forward improvements across multi-vendor networks. You’ll also help mentor and guide the wider engineering team while playing a key role in project planning and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Acting as an exemplar for ticket management, communication and customer service
• Owning and resolving complex incidents, ensuring SLAs are achieved
• Designing, architecting & implementing network solutions for project work
• Monitoring & improving network performance across physical and virtual layers
• Performing software/firmware upgrades and maintaining rigorous documentation
• Building scripts and processes to automate workflows and improve efficiency
• Proactively identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities
• Creating and executing CRQs in line with strict customer governance
What You’ll Bring
• Subject matter expertise in one or more key network disciplines
• Strong multi-vendor experience (Cisco/Fortinet/Juniper)
• Experience designing or architecting network solutions, not just supporting them
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead complex resolutions
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to mentor others
• A forward-thinking, improvement-driven mindset
• CCNP (or equivalent experience)
