Salary: £22,000 - 22,000 per year Requirements: Extensive experience with ServiceNow glide objects such as GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, and GlideAjax. Strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly in ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, and CMDB. Proven experience in implementing ITSM tools with demonstrated proficiency in Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and other ITIL process areas. Practical experience in creating or modifying relevant CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and IRM toolset components. Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of platform administration, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow. Handle minor and major enhancement requests to client ServiceNow instances, including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, and existing workflows. Facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules in ServiceNow. Provide upgrade administration assistance to ensure clients take advantage of the latest releases of the ServiceNow application, managing implementations with minimal disruption to client IT operations. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work 3 days a week remotely and 2 days a week from the office in either London or Reading, depending on your preference.
