We’re currently recruiting experienced Vehicle Preppers to join a specialist automotive team in Bicester, working on large commercial vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled preppers looking for consistent work on larger vehicles in a well-equipped workshop.
The Role:
As a Vehicle Prepper, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Preparing large commercial vehicles for painting
2. Carrying out small repair work and filler jobs
3. Masking and bagging vehicles ahead of painting
4. Sanding, priming, and prepping body panels and parts as needed
5. Ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
6. Previous experience of preparing commercial vehicles or trains is preferred
7. Confident prepping larger vehicles like buses, coaches, or light commercials
8. Good attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
9. Able to work independently and as part of a team
