Head Baker - Hospitality Group (5 Venues + associated events)

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Head Baker to
join our growing hospitality group, overseeing baking for our five busy
restaurants and associated venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a
creative and experienced baker to lead our bakery operations, develop new
ideas, and take our offering to the next level.
About the Role
The Head Baker will be responsible for producing and
developing a wide range of high-quality baked goods for:
* Cake
counters and retail selections
* Birthday
cakes offered as desserts
* Bespoke
breads and artisan loaves
* Dessert
menus across all restaurants
* Sundries
and retail items
* Private
and corporate events
You’ll bring flair, precision, and leadership to the bakery,
working closely with our chefs and management team to ensure consistency,
creativity, and excellence in every bake.
You will need to be flexible, creative and ready for new challenges and exciting
opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven
experience as a Head Baker, Pastry Chef, or Senior Baker in a professional
kitchen or bakery
* Strong
creative vision and the ability to develop new ideas and products - from
modern patisserie and trend led creations to classic cakes and traditional
breads
* Excellent
knowledge of pastry, cakes, breads, and desserts
* High
standards of organisation, consistency, and quality control
* Comfortable
working early mornings (from 4am/5am)
* Must
be able to drive or travel reliably to our bakery at that time
