CloudKubed are hiring a Business Operations Administrator to form part of our growing Business Operations and Delivery Team. We are looking for an ambitious and capable individual, with a “can do” attitude to support the wider team to focus on delivering value to our clients.
The Business Operations Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day business operations activities. You will also have the opportunity to support the operations and delivery team as well as contribute to the growth and development of CloudKubed. The role is an exciting blend of core activities alongside opportunities to expand your experience.
CloudKubed takes pride in the work we deliver for our customers and is vital to ensuring we maintain our high standards as we grow. The successful applicant will show aptitude at working in fast paced environments, as well as coordinating key administration activities.
Requirements
· Proven track record in a similar role
· Microsoft Office experience (in particular; Word, Excel, O365, Outlook, Teams)
· Ability to demonstrate a high level of written skills.
· Experience of basic financial tasks with a good eye for detail
· Outstanding organisational skills
· Accurate and with excellent attention to detail
· Diligent in seeing activities through to completion.
· Ability to focus and prioritise.
· High level of communication skills
· Able to multitask a diverse range of activities.
· Ability to take a practical approach and apply common sense to tasks.
