Job Opportunity: Admin Clerk - Order Processing & Contracts
Location: Scunthorpe - British Steel Site
Employment Type: Full-Time (12-week probation leading to permanent contract)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our operations team at the Scunthorpe site. SAP experience is essential for this role-candidates must be confident working within SAP systems to support payroll, procurement, and contract processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Order Processing: Handle incoming orders, verify details, and coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams.
* Contract Oversight: Support the management of large-scale agreements, ensuring documentation is accurate and current.
* Purchase Order Management: Generate and track PO numbers, maintaining clear records for procurement and finance.
* Payments Handling: Process supplier invoices and contract-related payments with precision and timeliness.
* Payroll System Support: Operate within our SAP-based payroll system.

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* Full-time hours
* 12-week probation period leading to a permanent contract
