About the role As a Duty & Advice Social Worker within our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), you will work in a co-located, collaborative environment alongside partners including Police, Health, Community Safety, Adult Social Care, IDVA and the Prevention Hub. You will: Respond to contacts received by MASH in a timely and effective manner Gather and analyse information from families, professionals, and members of the public Make clear, evidence-based decisions in line with statutory duties and practice standards Identify appropriate services to safeguard and support children and families Confidently assess thresholds and determine next steps This fast-paced role requires strong communication skills, sound judgement, and a solid understanding of statutory social work responsibilities.
