</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme, occupational health support and wellbeing services</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Assess, diagnose, and manage adults with communication, cognitive-communication, and/or swallowing disorders resulting from neurological conditions.</li><li>Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with service users, families, and the multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Deliver therapy across a range of settings (e.g. inpatient, outpatient, community, home visits as appropriate).</li><li>Contribute to multidisciplinary goal setting, case discussions, and discharge planning.</li><li>Provide education, training, and advice to families, carers, and other professionals to support ongoing rehabilitation.</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in line with service and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Participate in service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and support students, assistants, or junior colleagues as required.</li><li>Ensure practice is in line with professional standards, safeguarding policies, and relevant legislation.</li></ul><p>Your Skills and Expertise:</p><ul><li>Degree or equivalent qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.</li><li>Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).</li><li>Experience working with adults with neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, brain injury, neurodegenerative disease).</li><li>Knowledge and application of evidence-based assessment and intervention for communication and/or dysphagia in neuro-rehabilitation.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritise workload effectively.</li><li>Commitment to person-centred care and inclusive practice.</li></ul></div>
