Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow for an IFA Office Administrator.
Salary of £30,000 per annum plus benefits.
The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the office’s operations. Responsibilities include preparing meeting paperwork, liaising with external providers, assisting advisers with appointment scheduling, maintaining client records, and providing professional customer service. Additional duties involve ensuring smooth office administration and communication between team members and clients.
The successful candidate will have experience using Intelligent Office, previous provider platform experience and be comfortable dealing with both customers and providers.

* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
* Experience in operating and managing Intelligent Office
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong Customer Service skills and client-focused approach
* Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask
* Familiarity with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
* Previous experience in financial services or similar sectors is an advantage
* Experience dealing with investment platforms and cash flow modelling is preferred
