I’m working on a confidential opportunity with a leading global dermo-cosmetics and FMCG business. We are looking for a strong NAM/SNAM profile with experience managing Boots or similar Health & Beauty retailers.
Key elements of the role include:
* Owning the Boots relationship and leading annual JBPs.
* Delivering Net Revenue, profit, and market share growth across the account.
* Driving best-in-class activation, visibility, and category development within Health & Beauty.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain to execute commercial plans.
* Playing a pivotal role in shaping strategy, with clear progression to a Head of role.
Requirements:
* Blue-chip FMCG background.
* Experience managing Boots (ideal).
* Superdrug or Grocer experience acceptable if from strong FMCG businesses.
* Strong National Account Management experience (NAM/SNAM level).
* Proven delivery of Net Revenue growth, profit targets, and market share.
