Job Title: Senior Care Assistant at HC One

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Our residents are individuals with their own stories, and your role is to support them with dignity, respect, and personalized care.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Planning and implementing care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence.
2. Building strong relationships with residents and their families to deliver personalized care plans.
3. Leading and supporting a team of Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care.
4. Assisting with physical and mental stimulation activities, medication administration, and record keeping.
5. Supporting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in daily operations.
Qualifications and skills required:
1. Completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent.
2. Prepared to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care.
3. Experience in person-centered care planning and caring for people with dementia.
4. Positive energy, excellent communication skills, and a caring nature.
