As an Assistant Investigator, you will work as part of a team utilizing investigative processes to respond effectively to building safety issues under the Building Act and the Building Safety Act.
You will consider victims and assist in criminal prosecutions in line with these Acts. You are expected to use your initiative with support and guidance from colleagues.
You will support investigations from their initiation to conclusion, including triaging and processing incoming information, gathering evidence and intelligence, and assisting with report production. Your work will contribute to decisions aligned with BSR’s Enforcement Policy Statement (EPS).

Travel
The role has a national scope, requiring travel to Leeds, Buxton, Bootle, and other HSE locations for meetings and local office visits as needed.
