MEICA Commissioning Engineer

I am looking for an experienced MEICA Commissioning Engineer to work in the Worthing area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater treatment.
Role: MEICA Commissioning Engineer
Location: Worthing
Contract: Freelance -
Rate: £430 - £450 LTD (outside IR35 - paystream determination required)
When: ASAP

Duties will include:
1. Understanding of technical MEICA works
2. Control panels and control systems experience
3. Supervising the installation of process packages and field pipework in an water process environment
4. Completion of documentation and equipment checks.
5. Preparing the set up of instrumentation and scaling instruments back to the main control system.
6. Adherence to all health and safety legislations and ensure documents are correctly recorded
7. Ensuring that routine inspections, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment are carried out as required.
8. Undertake regular electrical site safety inspections
9. Supervising work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with method statements and work Instructions from the project manager
Skills Required:
10. Have a strong background working within the wastewater industry
11. CSCS qualified for managing safely
12. First Aid 3 day course
13. EUSR National Water Hygiene Card
14. SMSTS (preferred) with SSSTS (minimum)
Skills Desirable:
15. Ambitious and dynamic personality
16. Have a minimum of 5-years' experience in the water industry.
17. Safe delivery of water projects that are time and cost efficient.
18. Confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibilities
