Join us and help shape a workplace where talent thrives, compliance is second nature, and improvement never stands still., + Support the design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of HR projects to deliver transformation and change. + Provide consistent and professional advice, coaching, and support to managers and staff on HR project and programme issues. + Collaborate with the wider People Directorate and stakeholders to understand existing processes and define clear requirements for change programmes. + Maintain and update project planning documents, monitor milestones and deadlines, and escalate delays as appropriate. + Assist with the development of tailored communication plans that consider legal obligations and employee well-being. + Provide professional advice on HR projects and program issues, analyse options, and support the development of solutions. + Support service transformation by developing and implementing strategies to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and measurable benefits are achieved. + Create and maintain process maps to ensure clarity and consistency across HR operations. + Support digital transformation through assisting with the implementation and optimisation of HR systems.
