Job Salary: £35K to £45K depending on experience

Job Summary
Our client specialise in the manufacturing and marketing of HVAC, Thermal Energy Storage and Refrigeration technologies, serving both UK and international markets. As part of expansion programme, they are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Chemistry graduate.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new product development, conducting laboratory testing, and performing detailed analyses to ensure product quality, performance, and safety. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in scientific research and well-developed analytical skills.
In addition to contributing to our core business activities, you will have the opportunity to participate in our ongoing Horizon (EU) and Innovate UK funded Research and Development (R&D) projects, gaining valuable experience in innovative, forward-thinking initiatives.

Job Requirements
* Educated to degree level within chemistry or related field is preferable, but other formal training/experience in a relevant field would be considered
* Previous laboratory experience essential
* Ability to work from written and verbal instructions accurately with minimal supervision
* Ability to problem solve and liaise with other members of staff/departments
* Previous experience within project management would be useful
* A flexible attitude with regards to varied work tasks, supporting other areas of the business when required
* Good organisational skills are a must, as is the ability to effectively multi-task, and prioritise when necessary
