Nicholas Howard are excited to be recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the in-house team of an ambitious and scaling Professional Services client, focused primarily on Accountancy and Law. We are looking ideally for some good in-house experience from professional services, and an ability to manage full lifecycle of roles from in-take and briefing, managemet of resourcing plans and market approaches, through to completion, offer management, and on-boarding.
The team take an active invovlement in interviewing and recruiting, so an interest (and ideally exposure to!) psychometric testing would also be advantageous.
You can expect all of the classic aspects of TA alongside this, management of the candidate journey through ATS, extensive stakeholder engagement, and exposure to a variety of roles and locations. Critical to us, is a focus on an exceptional candidate journey, and raising the profile of talent acquisition across the group.
The role is hybid (3 days in office), with flex hours, and a range of benefits, coupled with an opportunity to work with the Head of TA gaining excellent exposure to a range of projects, coupled with progression and development.
