We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our successful Lettings team.
Responsibilities
* Administration element of the letting of Newlon’s empty properties
* Beginning and ending of tenancies and the probationary process of establishing new customers in their homes
Qualifications
* Proven administration experience in a customer service delivery role
* First class communication skills, demonstrable empathy with the needs of residents and a genuine commitment to resolving tenancy issues
* Basic understanding of the principles of housing, IT skills
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £33,414 per annum plus opportunity to earn up to 5% performance related bonus
