Corporate Solicitor - London
The Corporate team at this Legal 100 firm in London are expanding due to increasing instructions from a number of major clients and are therefore keen to hire an additional Corporate Solicitor into the team.
You'll be joining a firm who know that their staff are their key asset and who look after and develop their people accordingly, including offering a competitive salary, benefits and career development opportunities.
In this role you'll be dealing with a range of corporate & Commercial work including: -
* M&A acting for Buyers and Sellers
* Private Equity
* Corporate advisory work
* Commercial contracts
The corporate team act for an array clients from start-ups and owner managed businesses to major corporations in sectors including technology financial services, insurance, publishing, events, engineering, manufacturing, recruitment, sports and fashion.
