Customer Service Advisor – Details:
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
Monthly discretionary bonus linked to business targets
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with an early finish on Friday
25 days holiday + your birthday off
Office-based role in Letchworth
Customer Service Advisor – Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support by managing orders, addressing enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle customer communications via phone, email, and letters.
Conduct welcome calls for new orders and onboard customers using the in-house IT system.
Manage order amendments, payment plans, and replacement parts requests.
Schedule and confirm appointments for deliveries, maintenance, and technician visits.
Maintain accurate records, review daily orders, and follow up on open or on-hold items.
Customer Service Advisor – What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Empathy, patience, and a customer-first approach.
Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management skills.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
