We are seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join an experienced and growing team.

What You’ll Do
* Handle residential transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters.
* Conduct title investigations and manage land registry applications.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the process.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters.
* Excellent client care and communication skills.
* Proactive, commercial mindset with the ambition to grow and contribute to the wider success of the team.
