Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in commercial projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.

Lead the development of proposals, bids, and presentations to win competitive projects.

3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales.
Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.
Strong network-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
