Kingswood Group are delighted to be supporting our client, a growing commercial business in Chelmsford to recruit a permanent People Assistant.
The People Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and providing an effective HR service.
Key responsibilities
* Answering calls, data entry, and filing
* Maintaining up-to-date employee records
* Providing first-line responses on policies and procedures
* Keeping policies and procedures updated as directed
* Assisting with new starter inductions and exit interviews
* Carrying out compliance checks for new employees
* Supporting with ad-hoc projects as required
Experience Required
* Demonstrable experience working in a similar role HR role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* CIPD qualified or working towards ? desirable
* Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
