The Role
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Advising on remortgages and transfers of equity
* Supporting on more complex residential transactions where required
* Providing clear, practical advice to a varied client base
* Working closely with colleagues across wider departments
* Maintaining high levels of client care and service delivery
* Supporting business development and team growth
The Candidate
* NQ–5 PQE Solicitor with residential property experience
* Strong technical knowledge across conveyancing transactions
* Experience gained within a reputable firm
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
* Team player with a collaborative mindset
* Ambitious with a desire to progress within a growing firm
