Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £46,388 to £57,985 per annum (salary offered dependent experience)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid, working between Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) and home
What you'll be doing
* Lead the framework, drive the change and build Moat’s first joined-up, insight-led performance framework from the ground up.
* Design and embed a performance management framework that connects strategy, delivery and outcomes.
* Coordinate our Data & BI and Insight teams to align data, narrative and assurance into one clear, consistent story.
* Ensure every KPI serves a purpose and adapts as priorities shift in a risk-focused environment.
* Act as the strategic lead for performance, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Policy, influencing and collaborating with senior colleagues.
* Create clarity, drive alignment and make performance a central part of how the organisation is led.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience building a performance management framework from scratch in a complex or regulated environment.
* Strong strategic thinker who can also drill into details when needed.
* Ability to challenge at senior and executive levels to ensure data and insight lead to meaningful action.
* Understanding of KPIs as evolving tools that respond to risk and organisational priorities.
* Experience coordinating across multiple teams to create a joined-up approach to reporting, assurance and insight.
* Ability to make performance information clear, relevant and impactful at every level of the organisation.
* Experience in housing is a bonus, but the key is the ability to connect data, insight and strategic direction and to mobilise others to do the same.
