Responsibilities Responding promptly to customer phone and email enquiries. Using and updating information on IT portals. Acknowledging and resolving customer issues efficiently. Have a full understanding of their services so that you can answer customer queries. Processing orders, forms, applications and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Proactively ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience& Skills Proven background in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
