About Meli White House

About the role, what will I be doing?
To be fully aware of all Reception/Cashiers procedures and manual procedures should the computer crash and have OPERA knowledge.
Supervise and organize all staff on the duty shift affording maximum cover on the desk at all times, making sure that all meal breaks are taken.
Ensure that all special requests for regular guests, VIPs and groups are actioned with guidance from the Reception Management team.
Ensure the hotels credit procedure is adhered to at all times, with guidance from the Reception Management team if required.
Assist the Reception Management team in the implementation of new procedure and co-ordination of training.
Ensure that all guests are met at Reception with courtesy and that any complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently with guidance from the Reception Management team.
